Course Name:
Specialty of Hydrography and Cartography.

Purpose:
The Specialty of Hydrography and Cartography is imparted in Puerto de Veracruz.

Start Date:
July 2019

End Date:
July 2020

Application Deadline:
6 months before start
Language Requirement:
Spanish and at least 60% English proficiency (oral and written).

Prerequisites:
Navy Officer or a undergraduate degree in a related science or engineering discipline with a certificate of study with minimum average 8.0, Age below 35 years old 

Registration Process:
Every year the course is open to a maximum of 06 Mexican Navy Officers, 02 graduate students from Mexican Universities and 03 Countries included in the “Strengthening Hydrographic Capacities in Mesoamerica and the Caribbean Project” (FOCAHIMECA)

Cost:
the course has no cost for Mexican Officers. Graduate students from Mexican Universities can apply for a Scholarship through the CONACYT. Students from the countries on the FOCAHIMECA project are provided with a scholarship during their stay.
