The Gulf of Honduras Project seeks to maintain and to improve the security and efficiency of the international maritime operations and to prevent the marine contamination caused by ships, likewise by illegal discharges in terrestrial sources that are highly dangerous and toxic for the animal, human life and the marine coastal ecosystems.
