 La Presidencia de la MACHC solicitará a la Presidencia de la MACHC CBC para designar a MACHC CBC representante a la OHI CBC. Esto permitira una mejor fluidez de la información sobre las necesidades de Creación de Capacidades Regional y obtener un mejor apoyo de la OHI.

Actualizacion 28 de Febrero: Carta enviada por la presidenta de la MACHC comunicando a los miembros de la MACHC sobre el estado actual del Comite de Creacion de Capacidades de la MACHC y solicitando nominaciones para un nuevo presidente de la CBC-MACHC		 The MACHC Chair will ask the MACHC CBC Chair to designate a MACHC CBC representative to the IHO CBC. This will permit a better flow of information regarding the need to improve regional capacity and obtain more help from the IHO.

 Enviar al CHRIS para su consideración y aprobacion la propuesta aprobada por la MACHC de cambio en los limites de la región.

Esta propuesta se basa en extender la zona B a través del área C1 hasta el Ecuador.		 Send the proposal that was approved by the MACHC members to change the limits of the MACHC region to the CHRIS for  consideration and approval.

The proposal is based on extending Zone B across C1 to the equator.

 Estados Unidos y El Reino Unido informaran a la Presidencia de la MACHC y al Presidente Regional del Comité de Carta Internacional, si estan en condiciones de producir las Cartas Internacionales 4017 y 4021. The United States and the United Kingdom will report to the MACHC Chair and the MACHC INT Chart Committee Chair whether or not they are able to produce paper INT Charts and ENCs of 4017 and 4021.

 De acuerdo a la decisión final del CHRIS en la propuesta para extender los limites del sur de la MACHC, Brasil y Francia acordaron cambiar los números de las cartas internacionales que se encuentran dentro del nuevo limite propuesto por la MACHC. Pending the final approval of the CHRIS on the proposal to extend the southern limits of the MACHC, Brazil and France agreed to change the numbers of the effected INT Charts that fall within the new proposed boundary of the MACHC.

 Elaborar una nueva propuesta sobre los Términos de Referencia de ese Comité, para identificar las funciones de cada integrante (Presidente, Vice-Presidente, Coordinador Tecnico). Serán circulados por correo electrónico para recibir las opiniones de los Miembros de la MACHC.

 Elaborate the Terms of Reference for the Electronic Chart Committee, to identify the responsibilities of each of the committee positions (Chair, Vice-chair, Technical Coordinator).  This will be circulated by email to the MACHC Members for comment.

 Elaborar un reporte sobre los resultados del proyecto piloto Mexicano para involucrar al sector privado en la producción de ENCs.

Este reporte será anunciado en la pagina web de la MACHC.		 Develop a report on the results of the Mexican pilot project to include the private sector in the production of ENCs.

This report will be posted on the MACHC web site.
